Okay, so today I ate..
(trying not to count calories to be less obsessive)
Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch:
About 10 vita wheat minis
About half a crappy salad/ham sandwich on whole wheat bread
Dinner:
Schnitzel sandwich
Dessert:
2 yoghurts at about 160 cals each that I purged immediately afterwards (this was my little binge) and just a bit of cupcake.
We’re out of decent food right now, no fruit or anything so I had to make do :/
